how to submit

hi hello, lovely person! i see you’ve decided to send a letter! well, remember to read through this thread first to get a grip on how our system works!

here’s a few things you should know:
you can only submit during submission days. please don’t dm your letters anymore, we will be using google forms instead!submissions will be open around once every two to three weeks!this is a first-come, first-serve basis.we accept letters to any fictional characters! this means anime characters, video game characters, book characters, tv show/movie characters, anyone!

now, let's get to how to submit a letter, starting with text letters.
1. fill in the google form. there will be a section for the ’to’, the letter, and the ‘from’. the letter must be less than 1,000 characters, with no minimum.
2. wait for your letter to be posted!

we also have slots for handwritten letters. here's how to submit them!
1. submit your letter to the google form. make sure the image is under 10mb! png/jpg are preferred. (oh, and your letter doesn’t have to be less than 1,000 characters!)
2. wait for your letter to be posted!

there are 100 slots for each type of letter, which means 200 slots total. happy writing!

“where is the google forms? can i submit my letter now?”
we accept submissions by batches, and the google forms will be posted every time a new batch is opened! please wait for submission days to submit your letters ^^

“what counts as a handwritten letter?”
it can be either a letter you write by hand and scan, or a letter that you edited yourself in photoshop. as long as the image comes from you, send it via the handwritten form!

“can i submit for non-anime characters?”
yes! as long as they are fictional characters!

“can i submit a letter containing ship content?”
very sorry, but no. this is simply to avoid any kind of conflict on this account.

“can i submit a letter containing fanart or drawings?”
as long as the fanart is yours, yes. if you submit a letter containing fanart that is not yours, it will be deleted and not posted.
